The cuisine at "Shinya: The Taste of Four Season" is cooked with fresh ingredients that are bought by the owner everyday at the market. You can feel and taste the four seasons of Japan through the menu, which changes from month to month according to the season. Each table in the restaurant has its own distinct Japanese charm, as there are many views from each room. Some feature Japanese tables and chairs, and others are more suitable for tea ceremony, which is served on the floor.
For the dinner menu, they offer local Hamamatsu speciality "kaiseki" courses, like a snapping turtle course and a puffer fish course. For the lunch menu, they have set menu, through which you can casually enjoy a taste of the four season.
